Our IRA plans start at $1,395.00 and include:
- All Documents Needed - everything you need to take control of your Retirement Dollars
- Filing Forms – We file all state required forms
- Serve as Resident Agent (Arizona only) – We serve as the resident agent for the LLC and any other entities we set up for you*
- File SS - 4 – File for Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS
- Set up IRA/Roth IRA Account – Set up the specific IRA account type with a low cost IRA custodian (Custodian will have their own fee structure that must be paid annually by you)
- Coordinate with Custodian – Prepare all necessary forms for the custodian including: Subscription Agreement, Account Transfer/Rollover, and New Account Application
- Lifetime Consultation Services - We will review any investment to help you determine if it is prohibited or restricted
- No Monthly or Annual Fees (custodian specific fees may apply, Genesis Tax Advisors does not charge additional fees)
Our Self Directed 401k Plans start at $1,595.00 and Include:
- All Documents Needed - including the Prototype 401(k) documents with the Roth Option and Loan Option
- Filing Forms – We file all State and Federal required forms
- Serve as Resident Agent (Arizona only)– We serve as the resident agent for the LLC and any other entities we set up for you*
- File SS - 4 – File for Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS
- Trustee Documentation - Prepare all necessary forms for the trustee including: Subscription Agreement, Account Rollover, and New Account Application
- Lifetime Consultation Services - We will review any investment to help you determine if it is prohibited or restricted
- No Monthly or Annual Fees
